TERMS & CONDITIONS

CANCELLATION & LATE POLICY:

 

We understand that sometimes unexpected things come up and you may have to cancel your appointment. By notifying us as early as possible, this will allow us to fill your spot. All new clients will be required to provide a card to secure the appointment. No charges will be made to the card initially; it is solely for securing the appointment.

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask you give us at least 48 hours notice. If notice is given less than required 48 hours or client no-shows, the card will be charged for any applicable fees related to the no-show or last minute cancellation. ​

 

Late arrivals can impact your service. Clients more than 15 minutes late may not permit enough time for service and will be considered a no-show.

​​HEALTH & SAFETY:

 

Your health and safety are important to us. Please inform your technician  of of any allergies, sensitivities or medical conditions that may be a contraindication to your service so we can provide a safer, more comfortable experience. Some treatments may not be suitable for certain conditions.

 

Consent must be provided for pregnant and breastfeeding clients due to hormonal changes and treatments such as brow lamination/lash lifts cannot be performed as it can exacerbate sensitivity of the skin. Before any treatment, you must complete a consultation form to disclose your medical history including medical conditions, pre-existing injuries, allergies, infectious diseases, skin conditions or pregnancy.

If you experience any discomfort during your service, please inform your technician immediately.

GIFT CARDS

 

Service Gift Cards are available for services and post-care products and are redeemable for 12 months after purchase. After 12 months, gift cards will be valid for dollar amount of service. Dollar amount gift cards do not expire. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or to purchase other gift cards. If gift cards are lost or stolen, they cannot be replaced.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

 

All products purchased in studio are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

LIABILITY:

 

Rove Beauty Brand is not liable for any allergic reactions, discomfort or injury that may occur during or after treatment. You agree to release us of any liability related to these services at time of waiver signing. If you have concerns, please consult with your doctor prior to booking.

PRIVACY POLICY:

 

At Rove Beauty Brand, we respect your privacy. We collect and process information including name, email, and payment details to provide you with services and to better communicate with you.

PROMOTION EXPIRY:

 

All promotions are limited-time offers and expire at a specified expiration date. They cannot be extended.

TERM MODIFICATIONS:

Terms, conditions and service prices may be modified at any time. Any changes will be posted to this page and by continuing to use this site after updates are made, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
